Following on from the critically acclaimed, rave reviewed and global smash hit success of the incredible single ‘Bassturbation’; European conqueror of all things hard dance and acclaimed DJ & Producer A*S*Y*S returns to break boundaries in the digital music production marketplace with the release of his follow up single, ‘Acid Glitch’. The track, which once more defies all expectation, will be released on all formats as a physical CD single and a limited 12” vinyl pressing, as well as in digital WAV or 320k format via all good underground and online digital music retailers including Trackitdown, iTunes, Beatport, Juno and many more from Friday 16th December 2011.
A*S*Y*S’ previous effort ‘Bassturbation’, released back in March of this year, broke all records with a series of statistic busting sales for an underground dance music single and reaching the all important industry ‘Number One’ position in many charts including Trackitdown and Beatport with a staggering number of weeks at the top spot courtesy of both the original and Organ Donors remixes, with the dark lords of harder edged dance music defying all odds with a seven MONTH top spot streak seeing their remix hold the No. 1 position on Beatport for over half a year, which is a total World first. Re-defining the genre musically, ‘Bassturbation’ was also accompanied by a jaw dropping video, produced and directed by Moonbeam Productions that scored over 42, 000 views on internationally recognised video platform You Tube.
As a single, ‘Bassturbation’ also featured on all key, best selling hard dance digital and physical compilations as well featuring DJ support on the international hard dance stage from such luminary artists as Kutski, Organ Donors, Scott Attrill, Alex Kidd, Lisa Lashes, Scot Project, Luca Antolini, Kamui and Kidd Kaos.
All of this comes after previous success with genre re-defining releases such as the Paul Van Dyk remixed ‘No More F*c*ing Rock & Roll’, the globally recognised ‘Acid Nightmare’ and most notably up until ‘Bassturbation’ - the multi- chart smashing and TV advertised, chart compilation album featured ‘Klick Klack (WTF)’.
Now, A*S*Y*S has taken to the studio to carefully produce this filthy acid monster which will be released internationally on Friday 16th December 2011 through all good digital dance music outlets and download sites and stores.
